Choose how to create your account

There are 2 ways to create a TradeClear account: Digital ID or email sign-in.

Option 1: Digital ID

Use Digital ID to access the full range of TradeClear services.

Digital ID, opens in a new tab is a safe, secure and convenient way to prove and reuse your identity online.

Option 2: email sign-in

You can use email sign-in if you only need to access certain services.

You will need to use Digital ID if you need to:

  • set up a TradeClear account for an export business
  • apply for or manage an export establishment registration
  • apply for or manage a meat or live animal export licence.

To create an email sign-in account, go to the sign in page and select ‘create an email sign-in account’.

After you create your account

You may need to complete additional steps to set your account up. This will depend on what you need to do in TradeClear.
