How to access NEXDOC
To access NEXDOC, choose the option that matches your situation.

The way you access NEXDOC is changing. This is happening in stages, so choose from one of the following.
Option 1: You’re a new NEXDOC user
Access to NEXDOC is through TradeClear, opens in a new tab. You’ll need to get set up if you haven’t already.
- Follow our step-by-step onboarding guide to TradeClear.
- Then connect NEXDOC to TradeClear.

Option 2: You use NEXDOC through Online Services
You can continue to access NEXDOC through Online Services, opens in a new tab, but it will move to TradeClear soon. We'll let you know when this is going to happen.
If you want to prepare for the change, you can switch to accessing NEXDOC in TradeClear now.
To do this, you’ll need to get set up.
