NEXDOC is our Next Export Documentation system. You can use NEXDOC to request export permits and certificates through TradeClear.

The department is in the final stage of transitioning from the Export Documentation system (EXDOC) to the Next Export Documentation system (NEXDOC) with registrations opening soon for exporters of plant and plant products.

NEXDOC provides exporters with a streamlined digital documentation process, reduced processing times, and enhanced traceability. By automating activities and offering real-time tracking, NEXDOC helps exporters focus on what they need to while minimising errors and delays. Once available, Exporters will be able to access NEXDOC directly or remain using their third-party software to access NEXDOC.
