Engaging with DAFF online services is now simpler and more efficient.

We have removed the need to use different login credentials and pathways across exports and biosecurity. Customers will only need to sign-in once to use our services.

Additional applications and systems will continue to be added to the portal, including NEXDOC, the Plant Export Management System (PEMS), Approved Arrangement Management Product (AAMP), the Document Lodgement Service – Online Form and the Biosecurity Assessment and Reporting Tool (BART).

The portal will deliver access to the full range of account management functions from a single place.

These functions include:

• managing account access
• assigning user roles and permissions

This means our customers can complete transactions in a more seamless and secure manner, using a single authentication process.

What’s changing?

• Export, import and biosecurity service unification via a single user interface or ‘front door’
• A seamless and consistent user experience plus enhanced privacy through role-based access
• Convenience and efficiency through Tell Us Once authentication
• Ability to sign-in and authenticate once to access multiple applications and services
• Enhanced security via an updated Multi Factor Authentication (MFA)

Why does this matter?

This is the foundational step towards reducing the number of web-based entry points you need to navigate across exports and biosecurity. It will make doing business with us faster and more efficient with the user experience streamlined and consistent across applications.

What do I need to do?

There is nothing you need to do.

Existing Export Service accounts and links will redirect automatically.
