Add an establishment number in PEMS

Your establishment number is shown on the registration certificate, which should be on display at your establishment.  

You can add the first establishment number when you request the PEMS user role of establishment executive.  

You can then contact us to add more numbers for other establishments you’re associated with.

Follow these steps: 

1. Sign in, opens in a new tab to your TradeClear account. 
2. Request the PEMS user role of ‘establishment executive’.  
3. Provide your establishment number during the registration process. 

Add more establishment numbers 

Once we’ve approved your request, you can add more establishment numbers to your profile by emailing us at pems@aff.gov.au. 

You’ll need to: 

• list the establishment names and numbers you want us to add 
• attach a document on company letterhead stating you’re in management or control of the establishments.
