What establishment executives can do in PEMS
Find out what you can do if you have the establishment executive user role.
Once you’ve registered as an establishment executive, you can:
- search for inspection, treatment supervision and calibration records using Request for Permit (RFP) numbers, container numbers, International Maritime Organisation (IMO) numbers or establishment names or numbers
- view your associated establishment’s PEMS records, including activity and container reports, in a read-only format
- download your associated establishment’s inspection and treatment supervision records and calibration certificates
- remove RFP details
- add RFP details to an onshore cold treatment record.
To carry out these tasks, you need to request the establishment executive user role.
