Onboarding guide for existing AAMP Users
The Approved Arrangement Management Product (AAMP) is now available in TradeClear as Self-manage approved arrangement.
You will soon be able to access AAMP through TradeClear using your existing account.
Your email address, password and multi-factor authentication (MFA) method remain the same. The sign-in will look different, but your account details have not changed.
If you use a different email, you may not be able to access your approved arrangement.
How to access AAMP
You can access AAMP in several ways in TradeClear.
Select Self-manage approved arrangement from:
- the list of services on the homepage, or
- the Import and biosecurity, opens in a new tab page.
You’ll be prompted to sign in before you can access the service.
If you've already signed into TradeClear:
- Go to Import and biosecurity.
- Select Self-manage approved arrangement.
You won't need to sign in again.
Using existing bookmarks
If you’ve saved a bookmark or hyperlink to AAMP, you can continue using it. Your existing links will redirect you to the correct location.
Add myID as another sign-in option
After signing in with your existing account, you can add myID as another way to sign in.
You can learn how to add myID or email sign-in to your account, opens in a new tab.
It is important that if you want to use your myID, you first add myID to your existing account. This is because if you sign in with myID before adding it to your existing account, a new account will be created.
This new account won’t be connected to your approved arrangement, and the two accounts can’t be merged. This will create issues for you when signing in.
