Get started with TradeClear

You can sign-in with your Digital ID or email address. You will need to use Digital ID to if you need to: 

• set up a TradeClear account for an export business 
• apply for or manage an export establishment registration 
• apply for or manage a meat or live animal export licence.

TradeClear services 

TradeClear provides single sign-on for a range of services. Some services require you to act for a business (the business will need to set up an account). Others allow you to act as an individual.

Export businesses 

Export businesses can perform these tasks in TradeClear: 

• register and manage export establishments
• apply for and manage export licences
• provide livestock export documentation using TRACE
• apply for and manage export certificates using NEXDOC (coming soon)
• see audit outcomes
• view export invoices.

Import businesses 

Import businesses can perform these tasks in TradeClear: 

• manage an approved arrangement using AAMP

Individuals

Soon, Authorised Officers and Accredited Veterinarians will be able to use TradeClear to: 

• manage plant export inspection activities using PEMS 
• apply for or manage an accredited veterinarian (AAV) accreditation.
