What authorised officers can do in PEMS
Find out what you can do if you have the authorised officer user role.
Once you’ve registered as an authorised officer (AO) in PEMS, you can submit an application to be authorised as a third party AO.
Once authorised as an AO, you can do the following in PEMS:
- enter and submit inspection and treatment supervision results
- upload supporting documents for your inspections
- reactivate your records to correct minor errors
- submit service requests to have Requests for Permit (RFP) authorised or to have certificates issued
- manage your personal details
- notify the department of a change in circumstances
- request eLearning, training and assessment
- request to add or remove job functions from your authorisation
- pay your AO fees.
To carry out these tasks, you need to request the authorised officer user role.
