Switching user roles in PEMS
Find out how to switch between different PEMS user roles if you have more than one.
You can access the Plant Export Management System (PEMS) with the following user roles:
You can have more than one user role under the same profile. Once you’re in PEMS, choose the user role that matches the task you need to complete.
How to sign in and switch between user roles
Follow these steps to open PEMS and choose the user role you need.
- Sign in, opens in a new tab to your TradeClear account.
- Select ‘Export’.
- Go to ‘Export systems’ and select ‘Access PEMS’.
- ‘Services’ menu, select ‘Access PEMS’.
- Select one of your user roles.
- In PEMS, go to ‘User role’ (on the top right) and from the drop-down select the user role you want for your task.
