Create a TradeClear account using Digital ID

Follow our steps to create your account and use TradeClear.

TradeClear, opens in a new tab helps you manage your agricultural export requirements with us. You can use a TradeClear account to access our Services, opens in a new tab in one place.

To create an account for a business in TradeClear, you must be listed in Relationship Authorisation Manager, opens in a new tab (RAM) as a:

Employees and third parties need to be invited to use TradeClear. For more information, go to Accept an invite to act for a business.

Create an account for a business

Here’s how to get started setting up an account and adding a business.

1. Continue with Digital ID

Go to the Sign-in, opens in a new tab page and select ‘Continue with Digital ID' then myID.

2. Confirm your email

Choose how we contact you.

We’ll send you TradeClear notifications and messages to let you know when there are important messages in your account.

3. Add a business

From the 'My account' page, select 'Add a business with RAM' and follow the steps.

To add a business to TradeClear, you must first link it in RAM. For more information, go to Add a business to TradeClear.

If you need to you can then Invite someone to act for a business.

Email sign-in

You may prefer to set up your account using email sign-in. This will give you a 'Basic' identity strength with limited access and permissions.

Consider the tasks and information you need to access before choosing this option. For example, you may not be able to manage an establishment or submit an export licence application.

Individuals and TradeClear

For now, TradeClear is not available to individuals. This will change in the future. For more information, go to Use TradeClear as an individual.
